Using technology to cut out wasted drive time, I email you a detailed questionnaire on the type of vacation home you are looking for.  After reviewing your profile, I schedule an in-depth phone or in person meeting, whichever suits your needs best.  At this time we discuss in detail exactly what you are looking for in choosing your luxury vacation home.  I will review location, colors, amenities, style, costs, and anything else that you are specifically looking for in a second home.

I then take that information and go to work!  I select the top candidates and armed with your specifics, physically preview each location.  I measure rooms, take photos, check out amenities, neighborhoods, etc. I prepare an in-depth report of each house, including a comparative market analysis of recently sold comparable properties to assist you in bidding. This leaves you free to review each property in the comfort of your home with time to spare. When you have selected your top choices, we go together to walk each property as you make a final choice.
